Wait List Registration has started. We are now organizing for the upcoming Fall 2011-Spring 2012 Season during the summer. Registration to join AYSO Region 183 is now closed.

Volunteering with us at AYSO is a consideration factor when the wait list is reviewed. As players are added from the wait list, the need for volunteers is just as important for our organization. Please considering volunteering with us at AYSO Region 183.

Safe Haven Training
All volunteers are required to take Safe Haven Training. Whether you are a team parent, referee, coach or staff member - Safe Haven Training is the first course and required certification.

Wait List Status		We have needs to fill in for volunteer coaches and referees in all age divisions. U06 Divisions (5 years old): If you have a boy or girl who is born between 08/01-2005 and 07/31-2006, we will consider assignment to a team provided that a parent volunteers to be a head coach for that team. We are looking to fill for both gender teams which are U06 Boys Teams and U06 Girls Teams. We have openings right now for the U06 Boys, U06 Girls and U08 Boys Division. To fill these openings, a parent must volunteer to be a coach for the team. Coaching in the U06 Divisions only requires you to be there on Saturday. A Team parent is assigned to your team who would be doing the snack schedule, phone list, etc. Each team has 5-6 players. Number of openings available: 1 U06 Girls Team 1 player and volunteer coach needed 1 U06 Boys Teams (open) 1 player and 1 volunteer coach needed 1 U08 Boys Team (open) 1 player and 1 volunteer coach needed 1 U10 Boys Team (open) 1 player and 1 volunteer coach needed Contact ayso183coaches@yahoo.com and if you want to join, we will place your family immediately. All you need to do is fill out a volunteer form and say "I will coach!". Really, "Let the kids play!". These games at U06 are 3 v 3 and U08 are 5 v 5 games; and pretty much you let the children play the game of soccer. You are there to provide structure and guidance. These games are fun and good for player development in the future. Other countries done this, we can do this too! We follow USSF and AYSO guidelines when it comes to these types of games! Let's the kids play!
U08 Boys Division: If you have a boy who is born between 08/01-2003 and 07/31-2005, we'll consider assignment to a team provided that a parent volunteers to be a head coach for the team. Our U08 B Division has expanded 25% due to increased of popularity of the game of soccer for our youth. Please email ayso183coaches@yahoo.com for more information. 		AYSO Region 183 is your local American Youth Soccer Organization in Chicago located at Peterson and Hollywood Parks.
We are strongly supported by our volunteer families where our youth play soccer on Saturdays in the Fall and Spring.
